Volunteering Opportunities at Frick Park

Frick Park Clay Court Tennis Club
  • The club was founded by volunteer players in June 2007 to restore and revitalize the historic clay courts at Frick Park.

  • Volunteers from the club first began restoring the red clay courts at Frick Park during July 2007. Court improvements have been ongoing since!

  • Volunteer photographers captured the beauty of the courts and the joy and intensity of all the action each season, May to November

  • Work on restoring the beauty of the Frick Clay Courts and facilities is ongoing!

  • Volunteers contribute to the Frick Park Clay Courts in many capacities, including: Spring cleaning and court prep during April leading up to the court opening, court improvements throught the outdoor season May to October, organizing and conducting leagues and tournaments, conducting free clinics for area youth, as well as collaborating with Frick Park staff and other local organizations to improve the condition of facilities around the clay courts.

  • For photos and more on the revitalization efforts see here.

  • To volunteer please go to our signup page.
